Auja was born in Cairo as a private real-estate venture that turned high-end properties into fully serviced, private residences for executives, diplomats and families. Today Auja Residence runs 9 furnished luxury homes in New Cairo and El Gouna. Auja Homes is what we learned doing that, pointed at the one decision most families make once: buying the house.
Why a hospitality company sells homes
Nobody in an Egyptian property deal is paid to be on the buyer's side. The broker earns from the developer, the portal earns from placement, the developer writes the brochure. We had bought, finished, furnished and run enough homes to know what a “ready” label is worth and what a core-and-shell villa really costs. So we built the thing we wished existed: a short list of homes we had stood on, with every payment line written down, and our opinion under each one.
The same team then finishes it, furnishes it and, if you want, runs it. One counterparty from contract to keys to the first guest. That is not a slogan; it is the reason the advice is honest. We have to live with the result.
