We lease homes in New Cairo and El Gouna and operate them as Auja Residences. If yours is finished, we pay rent. If it needs finishing, we finish and furnish it at our cost and pay no rent for the term. Either way you get it back better than we found it.

Two ways to lease to Auja

Track 1
Rent
Your home is finished, or finished and furnished.
You get
  • +A fixed monthly rent for a 3 to 5 year term, three months paid in advance as deposit
  • +A home that is cleaned after every stay, maintained continuously, and inspected on a written checklist
  • +Your furniture, if any, inventoried and replaced like for like
  • +The home back at the end of the term in the condition we took it, wear excepted
We do
  • ›Furnish or top up to our standard at our cost
  • ›Host, price, clean and maintain it as an Auja Residence
  • ›Carry the guests, the reviews and the risk

Track 2
Fit-out for tenancy
Your home is core-and-shell or semi-finished, and you don't want to fund the finishing.
You get
  • +Finishing and furnishing to Auja standard at our cost, typically EGP 3 to 7 million depending on the home
  • +No rent during the term; the fit-out is the rent
  • +A finished, furnished, maintained home back at the end of the term, yours to live in, let or sell
  • +Progress you can watch: Lamsa by Auja logs every floor with daily photos
We do
  • ›Fund and run the fit-out under our standards manual and quality gates
  • ›Operate it as an Auja Residence for the term, usually 5 years
  • ›Hand it back finished, not stripped
Terms are set per home: the size of the fit-out and the length of the term move together.

What we look for

  • New Cairo, Katameya, the Golden Square, Mostakbal City once delivered; El Gouna
  • Standalone or twin villas, penthouses and large townhouses; four bedrooms or more preferred
  • A private pool, a garden or a real terrace: guests pay for outside space
  • Clean title and no dispute; we sign with the owner, never a middleman
