Auja Homes

Nobody in an Egyptian property deal is paid to be on the buyer's side. We are.

The broker earns from the developer. The listing site earns from whoever pays for placement. The developer controls the information. That is why the same unit is priced 40% apart on two websites, why “ready” listings deliver in 2030, and why the built-up area is blank on a 22-million-pound payment sheet.

Auja Homes is built the other way round. We are a small, curated list — not a marketplace — and every home on it was checked by one of our own people before you saw it.

What “verified on site” means

What we don't do

We don't sell ads. No developer or broker can pay to appear here, or to appear higher.

Nobody self-lists. Owners can apply; a home goes live only after our visit and our approval.

We don't take seller commission. If you buy with our help, we charge a buyer-side advisory fee agreed up front. That's the whole model — it's what lets us tell you not to buy something.

Who we are

Auja operates luxury residences in New Cairo and El Gouna. We fit out, furnish and run homes for a living, which is why we know what a core-and-shell villa really costs to finish, and what a “ready” label is worth. Auja Homes is that experience pointed at the one decision most families make once.
