Auja's opinion
We would not buyListed on a portal as ready. The developer's own schedule says semi-finished delivery from December 2027, with residential phases toward 2030, and twin houses from 34M direct. This is an assignment contract on an empty site, not a home. We rejected it and flagged the source. The label is the reason we exist.
